WHAT IS FAMILY AND MARITAL GREATNESS?
Family and marital greatness is a God-fearing, obedient, loving, and united home that enjoys God’s blessing.
GOD’S INSTRUCTIONS FOR MARRIAGE THAT BRING GREATNESS

HOW OBEDIENCE TO GOD LEADS TO MARITAL GREATNESS

c] Obedience teaches respect and submission (Ephesians 5:22)
d] Obedience brings divine protection and peace (Psalm 127:1)
e] Obedience brings fruitfulness and joy

CONSEQUENCES OF DISOBEDIENCE IN MARRIAGE AND FAMILY
① Saul’s disobedience affected his lineage (1 Samuel 15: 22–23, 28: 17–19)
② Solomon’s disobedience affected his children (1 Kings 11: 9–13, 12: 1–16)
③ Eli’s sons were punished because of sin (1 Samuel 2: 12–17, 3: 11–14)
④ Achan and his household were punished (Joshua 7: 24-25)
Disobedience can destroy family legacy.
Obedience preserves generations.
